About.
Since our inception, TIMCAD-ID has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality language services.
Founded by a diverse group of veterans, foreign nationals, and American citizens, all allies of the USA. TIMCAD-ID operates within the language services industry, which encompasses a wide range of services including translation, interpretation, localization, and transcreation.
TIMCAD-ID plays a crucial role in facilitating communication across different languages and cultures, especially in today’s globalized world.
Communication is the cornerstone of all human interactions, and interpreters serve as the bridge where language barriers exist. But did you know there’s more to interpreting than just translating words?
We often hear about linguistic interpreters, but there’s another critical role that often flies under the radar – “The Cultural Interpreters and” cryptologic language analysts.
TIMCAD-ID offers both linguistic interpreters, cryptologic language analysts, and culture interpreters services.
Many of our translators have extensive experience working as freelancers or for language service companies, providing their expertise to both agencies and direct clients. At TIMCAD-ID , we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality language services that bridge communication gaps and foster understanding in a multicultural world.

Nassir Ahmad
President of International Affairs
Nassir Ahmad is a Pashto and Dari Linquist with over 10 years' experience as a Combat Interpreter with the United States Military.

Zarmina Hamidi
Director of Human Resources
Zarmina Hamidi serves as the Director of Human Resources at TIMCAD-ID. In addition to speaking English, Zarmina speaks Pashto, is proficient in Dari, Urdu/Hindi, and understands French.
She served as a linguist recruiter for Operation Enduring Freedom from 2002-2004 and again from 2010-2011. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. She is an avid believer in diversity and unity. Zarmina believes that language is a big part of one's identity, and that interpreters/linguists serve as important bridges between humans of all backgrounds to form understanding.

Khalis Noori
Director of Governmental Relations
Khalis Noori is a strategic leader specializing in refugee resettlement, community integration, and
operational management. With extensive experience in managing large teams and complex programs.
Khalis has a proven ability to drive organizational improvement, build capacity, and lead impactful
community initiatives.
Multilingual in English, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu, he is adept at facilitating communication and collaboration across diverse cultural contexts.
Khalis holds an M.A. in International Development from the University of Manchester and a B.A. in
International Relations from London Metropolitan University. His expertise includes program
management, leadership, stakeholder relations, and problem-solving.

Adrienne Schaffer, Esq. (Colonel Retired)
Chief Legal Officer
Adrienne Schaffer is an attorney and retired Colonel in the US Army. Before retiring from military service in December 2017, she served as the Special Assistant to the Chief Counsel of the National Guard Bureau (NGB).
COL (Ret.) Schaffer has over 30 years of military experience. As a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps Officer, Adrienne served as Chief Legal Advisor to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), lead counsel for legal operations development for NGB’s Office of the Chief Counsel, and the inaugural Deputy Chief for the Army National Guard Trial Defense Service.
Adrienne has engaged in international dialogue forums developing multilateral military operations frameworks, spearheaded several congressionally mandated initiatives, and overseen the supervision and training of 130 JAG officers.
Adrienne has also served as a guardian Ad-Litem for 10 years, advocating for the rights, best interests, and welfare of countless children facing juvenile delinquency charges, in foster care, and entangled in complex family court matters.
